SHIPPING & TRACKING

We always offer free shipping on orders over NOK 1500 within Norway.
Delivery from the seller to the buyer takes place in the manner, at the location, and at the time specified in the checkout solution of the online store.

If no delivery time is stated in the checkout, the seller shall deliver the goods within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. When the seller is responsible for shipping, the seller must ensure that the goods are transported to the destination in a suitable manner and on standard terms for such transport. The place of delivery is the buyer’s address unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

Delivery time is normally 1-5 business days if the items are in stock.
Your location within the country may affect delivery time. Delivery to less central areas may result in an additional 1-3 business days.

After purchasing digital products, you will receive an email/order confirmation with a download link. This is sent immediately after purchase. Always download digital products on a computer/PC.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The buyer may cancel the purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The right of withdrawal allows the buyer to return the goods without providing a reason, even if there is no defect and even if the goods have not been delivered.

The buyer must notify the seller of their intention to use the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, the required information about the right of withdrawal, and the withdrawal form. If the buyer receives the withdrawal form and necessary information at a later time than delivery of the goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day the buyer receives this information. If the buyer has not received sufficient information or a withdrawal form, the withdrawal period will expire three months after receipt of the goods. If the buyer has not received any information about the right of withdrawal at all, the deadline is one year.

Notification from the buyer to the seller regarding the use of the right of withdrawal should be made in writing for documentation purposes (withdrawal form, email, fax, or letter) and must include information on how the buyer intends to return the goods.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time. The seller is obliged to refund the full purchase price within 14 days from the day the seller receives the returned goods, a collection notice, or when the goods are made available to the seller. The seller may not charge a fee for the buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal but may require the buyer to cover the cost of return shipping.

The buyer may examine the product before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. However, the goods must be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity as when received. The buyer should return the goods in the original packaging if possible.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that deteriorate quickly, goods that by their nature cannot be returned, or audio and video recordings (including CDs and DVDs) or computer software where the seal has been broken. This exception applies only if the seller has clearly and explicitly informed the buyer of the conditions for loss of the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL AND PHYSICAL PATTERNS

After the purchase of digital and physical patterns has been completed, we do not offer the option to cancel or return the product. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned in the same way as other goods. We therefore encourage our customers to be certain of their choice before completing the purchase.

Important information:

By purchasing and downloading our digital and physical patterns, you agree to the following terms:

• The products are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.

• It is strictly prohibited to resell, distribute, or share the patterns with others.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to the patterns after they have been downloaded.

• We encourage you to store your digital patterns securely for future use.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns of items that have been cut to order. We offer a 14-day return policy on other items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The total purchase amount will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

1. Make sure the product is in exactly the same condition as when received and that the tag is attached. If you are unsure whether a return will be accepted, please contact us with your request.

2. Send us an email at post@meah.design with your return request. Once your return is approved, you will receive an address and phone number from us.

3. Once approved, pack the item in the original packaging or another sturdy alternative. Place it in your mailbox and send it with Helthjem or another suitable option to:
   Meah Design, Tordenskjolds gate 5, 3116 Tønsberg.
   The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
